We manufacture an assortment of flexible packages for coffee. From pre-made degassing valve bags to high-barrier rollstock, Sixto Packaging prints, laminates and converts in a variety of substrates including PET, MET-PET, foil, paper, nylon, BOPP and EVOH. Films are available in matte finish and with easy-peel sealant. Special care is taken during manufacturing to conform to each customer's individual specifications.

Pre-made Blank Coffee Bags
Coffee bags with or without degassing valves in an assortment of stock colors. Low minimums on custom print and private labels. Center seal, corner seal, quad seal, stand-up pouch and pillow bag formats.
Brick Pack Coffee Packaging
Brick pack film for roasters from boutique runs to national brands. Proprietary structures deliver the puncture resistance and oxygen barrier required to keep coffee at its freshest.

Do you offer degassing valves?
Yes — degassing valves can be applied inline on pre-made bags and stand-up pouches in a variety of valve styles. We can also supply valveless options.
What's the minimum order quantity?
Low minimums are available for custom print and private label work. Brick pack and rollstock runs scale from short digital runs up to millions of impressions for national brands.
Which barrier structures do you recommend for coffee?
Most roasters use MET-PET, foil-based or EVOH laminates to protect against oxygen and moisture. We'll spec the structure based on your shelf-life target and packaging line.
