Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can't find what you need? Talk to a packaging engineer.

  • What lead times should I plan for?

Conventional flexographic runs ship 4–6 weeks from approved artwork. DigiPack digital runs ship in 2 weeks. R&D and structure qualification adds 4–8 weeks depending on complexity.

  • Can you help us pick the right structure?

Yes — our packaging engineers will evaluate your product's oxygen, moisture, light, and temperature sensitivity, then recommend the most cost-effective qualifying structure.

  • What's the lightest mono-material structure you offer?

We currently produce mono-material PE structures down to 3.5 mil with full graphics and zipper application, and are continuing to thin gauges with new substrate partners.
